Editor
Editor is neither Word, Notepad++, or Wordpad- Editor is similarly helpful for taking notes as you would with text editing applicaitons or opening text based documents such as .log, .json, or text logs. The data is opened in a rich text environment where you can format text add images, search, and highlight.
I've mainly used and developed Editor as a tool for studying / notes and have added various features, functions that I've found to be helpful. I've also used Editor when working with system/server log files and taking quick notes(mostly highlight) as there are usually multiple aspects being evaluated/inspected in a system log.
More features can be added based on needs and use cases (below are recent examples).

Use the text-to-speech built in with customizable controls on repeat as well as pause between each repeat. Editor also has a flashcard tool that can be used to simply read back your notes or for reading notes formatted in Q&A style.
